Ageratec produces patented bio diesel processors and turnkey plants that produce from 180,000 up to 75,000,000 U.S. gallons of bio diesel per year (all models and plants can easily grow in size). Rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, soy oil, palm oil, and fish oil can be used as raw material as well as vegetables, seeds, fat from slaughterhouses, used cooking oil, used deep fry fat and other waste from farms and industries. This means that even small farmers and industry owners can produce their own bio diesel fuel and even sell it! Plants for entire cities can even be built!
Ageratec offers complete solutions for production of bio diesel for own use or sale; modular, skid mounted reactor units and multi-feed pre-treatment system allowing just about any of the above and other FTEs as feedstock. The processor consumes very little energy per gallon bio diesel produced and the production process is very clean. The only by-product is glycerol that can be used or sold.
